Your annual subscription is calculated from your jurisdiction's population using graduated per-capita rates. The first 100,000 residents are at $0.55/resident, with volume discounts kicking in above that. Every agency — regardless of size — gets the complete platform with all features and unlimited user accounts.
Correct. Every plan includes unlimited user accounts. We don't believe in per-seat pricing for emergency management — your entire team needs access, including part-time staff and volunteers who activate during events. Add as many users as you need.
Add-ons are priced as a percentage of your base subscription. For example, if your base is $55,000/yr, the Drone Operations Suite adds 15% ($8,250/yr). This keeps add-on pricing proportional to your jurisdiction size. Add-ons can be added or removed at renewal.
Your base plan includes a monthly allocation of SMS credits and voice minutes delivered via Twilio. Email and push notifications are unlimited. If you need higher volumes, the Advanced Notification Package doubles your included allocation for +5% of your base.
Implementation is quoted separately based on agency size and complexity. It includes agency configuration and branding, user provisioning, role setup, data migration assistance, administrator training, end-user training sessions, and go-live support.
